My department is broadening its curriculum and promotional posters are a part of the process. These prints hang on the walls here and are available for use by our students and preceptors.

In the past I’ve used the same green and blue hues for department materials. For these prints I’d initially focused completely on typography with minimal use of color. There wasn’t a lot of traction in that direction so I experimented with dynamic layouts. The gallery has ┬ásome alternate layouts.

The circle and five-points icon is something I felt would complement our message. Each point correlates to one of the principles and the containing ellipse implies the interconnected nature of the tenets.

Intended as an educational tool, I felt the description for each principle should be brief as a courtesy to speedy passersby.
