My first take on a wicker pattern I saw in a Tuts+ tutorial. This one uses gradients but I am looking to make one that uses narrow forms and solid fills since I believe that will save on file size. Just look at that embed code!

This swatch is based on the iconic carpet pattern featured in the The Shining (1980). I think there’s something entrancing by its simplicity and repetition. Somehow I went all this time without seeing the film. If you have a choice, I recommend watching it on the biggest screen available to you.
